WWE keep losing more superstars due to contract disputes

WWE is losing some of its most loyal and longest serving Superstars.

Kofi Kingston's nearly 20-year run ended after he and Xavier Woods reportedly turned down restructured contracts that included pay cuts.

Dolph Ziggler was released after 19 years with the company.

Now, Sheamus is also leaving after 19 years, with reports stating he declined a restructured contract before his deal expired.

It's becoming hard to ignore the trend. Reports suggest TKO has been restructuring contracts for veteran talent, with some being offered lower salaries.

The Miz has been with WWE for over 21 years. If this pattern continues, it wouldn't be shocking if his name eventually enters the conversation as well.

What's disappointing is that WWE doesn't appear to be fully investing in creating new main-event stars either. Instead, many of the same established names continue to dominate the spotlight while loyal veterans keep walking away.

Regardless of where they go next, it's sad to see so many performers who gave nearly two decades or more to WWE leave the company.
