Ghana Cricket Association elects new executive officers

The Ghana Cricket Association (GCA) has elected new leadership following its elections held on October 24, 2026.

The newly elected executives are: President: Samson Kwasi Awe Awiah, Vice President: Samuel N. E. B. Asamoah and

Treasurer: Angela C. Allotey.

Executive Board members are Simon Ateak, Abass Nihal and Shijo Devasia.

The new leadership takes on the responsibility of advancing cricket development in Ghana, strengthening the sport’s structures, nurturing talent and creating more opportunities for cricketers across the country.

Ghanaians will look forward to a new chapter of growth, progress and excellence for Ghana cricket.
