Nine English clubs will be playing European football next season following the conclusion of the 2025/26 campaign.

They will be competing the three major club competitions, the

Champions League, Europa League and the Conference League.

Five clubs, Arsenal FC, Manchester City FC, Manchester United FC, Aston Villa FC and Liverpool FC.

In the Europa League, AFC Bournemouth,

Sunderland AFC and Crystal Palace FC, will be representing England.

The Conference League will have one English representation with

Brighton and Hove Albion FC, set to participate.

A notable English absentee from Europe next season will be Chelsea who had a rather poor showing in the English Premier League last season.

In the just ended campaign in Europe, Aston Villa won the Europa League with Crystal Palace winning the Conference League.

Another English side Arsenal, will compete for the Champions League trophy when they face defending champions Paris Saint Garman in the grand finale on Saturday.

The Gunners, won the English title and, they will be looking to make it a double with victory over th

e French champions.
