The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has taken strong regulatory action against Aduana Football Club following their Ghana Premier League clash against Karela United FC.
According to the GFA Disciplinary Committee update for the 2026/2027 season:
Aduana FC has been slapped with a GH¢ 30,000 fine after being found guilty of misconduct.
The club's supporters attacked an official of Karela United FC and damaged the Karela United team bus after the match - that scene you saw with police escorting the bus.
Further punishments:
Aduana will play their next three home games behind closed doors - no fans.
The club must *pay full cost to repair* the damaged Karela United team bus.
The GFA has warned - any future misconduct will attract severe sanctions.
The GFA is sending a clear message - hooliganism has no place in our league.
