Ghana Athletics has unveiled its squad for the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, featuring a blend of experienced stars and rising talents ready to compete on one of the biggest stages in Commonwealth sport.

Team Ghana will look to win a host of medals at the Games which starts in the Scottish city this week.

Thirteen athletes will represent the country at the Games and, it comprises six women and seven male athletes.

They will be competing in both track and field events.

In the women's category, Deborah Acheampong will compete in the 100m and 4x100m events.

Anita Afrifa will go in the 200m and the 4x100m; with Evonne Britton going in the 100m hurdles.

Rose Yeboah will compete in the high jump; Abigail Abugree will feature in the 800m with Lovina Ewusi set to compete in the 400m and the 4x100m.

Team Ghana's Joseph Amoah will compete in the men's 200m and 4x100m with Benjamin Azamati going in the 100m and 4x100m.

Mustapha Bokpin goes in the 200m and the 4x100m; Abdul Rasheed-Saminu will hope to deliver in the men's 100m and 4x100m events.

Mahmoud Baba Seidu will compete in the 400m hurdles; Isaac Botsio is in the mix in the 100m and 4x100m races with James Dadzie going in the 200m and the 4x100m races.

Team Ghana will be chasing personal bests, podium finishes, and unforgettable performances in Scotland.
