Brazilian Ex-Intelligence Chief Detained by U.S. Immigration Authorities

A former head of Brazil’s intelligence services has been detained by immigration authorities in the United States after reportedly entering the country while facing legal troubles back home.

The official, identified as Alexandre Ramagem, was taken into custody by agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
